Had enough of the British weather? Time at last to pack up and head for some sun. Crete is the first place on my list of potential escapes to the sun, so I’m putting together a list of properties to look at and trying to decide on the best Greek property in Crete.

One area of interest is Chania Crete, where I have found a range of Greek properties for sale both new villas and old Greek properties.

Set behind the picturesque blue domed church at Skoutelonas, there are building 7 studio holiday homes. Situated just 5 minutes drive from Kolimbari, the famous village West of Chania, this little hamlet also has its own mini market and tavernas close by. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the studios making them an excellent little investment
